Voron 2 Serial 0 Raffle Total Raised: $11,825

Together, the community raised $11,825 through the Voron Serial 0 charity raffle for the Sanjay Mortimer Foundation.

This development frame, known as Serial 0, is the machine on which the entire VORON 2 line was created. First built as a VORON 2.0 prototype in 2017, it went on to serve as the test platform for every major release: V2.1, V2.2, and V2.4. All of the V2 development took place on this frame, making it one of the most historically significant objects in the VORON ecosystem.

Now, this legendary machine is being restored by Steve Peterson, who will rebuild it with fresh components while preserving the original Serial 0 frame and as many authentic elements as possible. Follow Steve as he rebuilds the VORON 2, serial 0 on his YouTube channel.

Death Racers

One of the most exciting moments of SMRRF 2026 was the return of Death Racers, the chaotic and crowd-favourite battle arena created by Michael Baddeley and Sam Prentice.

Competitors brought their own 3D-printed machines to the arena, racing, colliding and battling for survival in front of a packed audience. The event captured the creativity, humour and engineering spirit that defines the global RepRap community.

Designed to be printed, built and customised by makers, Death Racers has become a recurring highlight at RepRap festivals around the world.
